    人肝细胞说明:


         哺乳动物的肝脏完成许多重要生理过程。不管在生理还是病理条件下,它都是能量代谢、外源性化学物质生物转化和血浆蛋白合成最重要的器官。原代培养人肝细胞是很好的实验模型,在过去和现在都是研究肝脏特定功能的重要工具。用繁殖的人肝细胞进行细胞移植、基因治疗和用于生物人工肝支持系统的肝细胞培养都在研究中。在合适的培养条件下,培养的人类肝细胞增殖并保持已分化的肝细胞功能,比如血清蛋白的合成。

       

         ScienCell 研究实验室的 HH 是从人类肝脏中分离出来的。HH 纯化后立即冷冻保存并冷冻交付。每瓶 1 ml 体积中含有 >2 x 106。HH 的特征是使用细胞角蛋白 18 和/或白蛋白特异性抗体进行免疫荧光。HH 对 HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌呈阴性。不建议将 HH 用于扩大或长期培养,因为细胞在培养中不会增殖。
