心脏微血管内皮细胞描述:
内皮细胞通过分泌内皮源性血管收缩因子和内皮源性血管舒张因子,调节和降解血管活性肽以及内皮细胞表面的酶,达到进一步调节血管张力的功能。这些功能在不同的部位,不同器官的血管,以及大循环和微循环之间均存在着不同。人心脏微血管内皮细胞对于心肌细胞的功能同时具有生理和病理的效应。它通过分泌NO、内皮素-1、前列腺素、腺苷酸嘌呤、利钠肽以及其它的物质调节心肌细胞的功能。研究发现该效应在体内和体外培养都存在。CMEC也具有酶活性,特别是ACE/激肽酶活性,此酶活性能够调节心脏内局部血管紧张素II 和缓激肽的水平。
人心脏微血管内皮细胞(HCMEC)于人心脏组织分离提取,提取纯化之后立即冻存。属第一代冻存,每管含有细胞数>5×105,此细胞通过vWF/Factor VIII 和CD31 (P-CAM)免疫荧光染色验证,经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌,细胞可以达到5倍增。
