人支气管上皮细胞说明:
呼吸道上皮由从近端气道到远端气道的纤毛细胞、非纤毛细胞和粘液分泌细胞的混合群组成。这些细胞的个体特征不仅形成了针对各种有毒物质的有效物理屏障,而且通过产生和释放大量化学介质和细胞因子形成了高度复杂的宿主防御系统。支气管上皮由表面上皮细胞和粘液腺组成。表面上皮细胞由三种主要细胞类型组成:基底细胞、杯状细胞和纤毛细胞,其中后两种细胞形成基底上柱状结构,是粘液纤毛清除所必需的。使用支气管上皮细胞 (BEpiC) 的研究表明,IL-4 和 IL-13 刺激可以改变细胞增殖、纤毛跳动、和粘液的产生。BEpiC 增殖也部分受到 EGF 受体信号传导的调节。培养的 BEpiC 是研究支气管上皮功能和病理生理学的有用体外模型。
ScienCell 研究实验室的 HBEpiC 从人类支气管中分离出来。HBEpiC 在第一代中冷冻保存并冷冻交付。 每个小瓶在 1 ml 体积中含有 >5 x 105。HBEpiC 通过细胞角蛋白 18 和/或细胞角蛋白 19 特异性抗体的免疫荧光进行表征。HBEpiC 对 HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌呈阴性。在ScienCell研究实验室提供的条件下,HBEpiC保证进一步扩增15倍增。
