人乳腺上皮细胞说明:
乳腺上皮细胞(MEpiC)位于乳腺小叶的肺泡腔内,与乳腺导管和脂肪组织一起在乳腺中形成复杂的网络。MEpiC 对各种生长因子和激素信号做出反应,并在产前和产后阶段、青春期和妊娠期间经历生长、侵袭和分化的变化。激素和细胞外基质成分的异常水平以及其他遗传因素已被证明会诱导 MEpiC 不受控制的增殖,从而导致乳腺癌的发展。了解 MEpiC 的细胞特性将有助于确定乳腺癌的疾病机制和治疗开发的新靶点。
ScienCell 研究实验室的 HMEpiC 是从人类乳房中分离出来的。HMEpiC 在第一代中冷冻保存并冷冻交付。每个小瓶在 1 ml 体积中含有 >5 x 105。HMEpiC 的特征是使用细胞角蛋白 18 和/或细胞角蛋白 19 特异性抗体进行免疫荧光。HMEpiC 对 HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌呈阴性。在ScienCell研究实验室提供的条件下,HMEpiC保证进一步扩增10倍增。
