    人肝窦内皮细胞说明:

         

         内皮细胞执行多种生理功能并且是许多病理过程的核心。肝脏包含两种不同的内皮细胞类型:血管内皮细胞和肝窦内皮细胞。正弦内皮细胞 (SEC) 是微血管内皮细胞,具有令人想起树突状细胞的独特表型和作为 CD4 +抗原呈递细胞的独特功能T细胞。因此,SEC代表一种新型的器官驻留“非专业”抗原呈递细胞,它似乎参与肝脏中免疫反应的局部控制和免疫耐受的诱导。肝脏微环境,包括门静脉成分和来自窦状细胞群的可溶性介质,严格控制 SEC 的抗原呈递,以避免免疫介导的损伤。SEC 表达特征明确的表面受体,并且在形态和代谢上与大血管内皮细胞不同。先前的研究表明,SEC 是孔隙度的动态调节剂,在肝脏再生过程中对环境区域刺激做出快速局部反应。SEC 功能障碍和结构改变对整个肝脏具有深远的影响。


         ScienCell 研究实验室的 HHSEC 从人类肝脏中分离出来。HHSEC 在第一代中进行冷冻保存并冷冻交付。每个小瓶在 1 ml 体积中含有 >5 x 105。HHSEC 的特征是使用 vWF/因子 VIII 和/或 CD31 (PECAM1) 特异性抗体进行免疫荧光。HHSEC 对 HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母菌和真菌呈阴性。在ScienCell研究实验室提供的条件下,HHSEC保证进一步扩大5倍增。注意:HHSEC 预计不会在培养物中多次增殖,因此我们建议在 初次铺板后最早传代时使用细胞进行实验。
