人肾近端小管上皮细胞说明:
肾近端小管上皮细胞(PTEpiC)在肾功能中起着至关重要的作用。它们重新吸收肾小球滤液中几乎所有的葡萄糖和氨基酸,同时允许其他没有营养价值的物质随尿液排出。PTEpiC位于各种先天性、代谢性和炎症性疾病的损伤部位附近。PTEpiC可以产生细胞因子和趋化因子等炎症介质,通过产生IL-8影响和指导白细胞趋化,积极参与急性炎症过程。PTEpiC在炎症、肾移植后或月牙状肾小球肾炎中表达IL2R α和MHC II类抗原。PTEpiC培养为研究肾小管细胞与肾脏疾病的关系提供了一个有用的体外模型。
来自ScienCell研究实验室的HRPTEpiC是从人类肾脏中分离出来的。HRPTEpiC在通道一处冷冻保存并冷冻运送。每个小瓶含有>5 × 105,HRPTEpiC是用细胞角蛋白-18和/或细胞角蛋白-19特异性抗体的免疫荧光表征的。HRPTEpiC对HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌呈阴性。在ScienCell研究实验室提供的条件下,HRPTEpiC保证进一步达到15倍增。
