    人肺泡上皮细胞说明: 

      

         肺泡上皮细胞 (PAEpiC) 由 I 型和 II 型肺泡上皮细胞组成,分布在肺内表面积的 99% 以上。I 型细胞是大的鳞状细胞,其薄的细胞质延伸覆盖了 >95% 的内表面积。它们含有水通道蛋白,并表现出所有哺乳动物细胞类型中最高的渗透水渗透性。II 型细胞覆盖 2-5% 的表面积,产生、分泌和回收肺表面活性物质。II型细胞含有Na + -、K + -ATP酶和阿米洛利敏感的上皮Na+通道。目前公认的假设是II型细胞通过调节活性Na +来维持肺液稳态肺中的运输,而 I 型细胞是“惰性”细胞,仅提供屏障功能,而不具有主动功能。最近的研究表明,I 型细胞在调节离子和液体运输方面也很重要。


         ScienCell 研究实验室的 HPAEpiC 从人类肺组织中分离出来。HPAEpiC 在第一代中冷冻保存并冷冻交付。 每个小瓶在 1 ml 体积中含有 >1 x 106。HPAEpiC 通过细胞角蛋白 18 和/或细胞角蛋白 19 特异性抗体的免疫荧光进行表征。HPAEpiC 对 HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌呈阴性。HPAEpiC保证在ScienCell研究实验室提供的条件下进一步培养;然而,不建议将 HPAEpiC 用于扩增或长期培养,因为细胞在铺板后立即分化为 I 型肺泡上皮细胞,并且 I 型肺泡上皮细胞在培养中不会增殖。
