    人真皮淋巴管内皮细胞描述:


         淋巴系统是免疫系统的重要组成部分。维持体内稳定,它属于血管系统,但也有其独立的功能。淋巴系统循环使液体和大分子从组织回到血液。在调节体液、蛋白和组织压力平衡等方面有着重要的作用。虽然毛细淋巴管内皮细胞与血管内皮细胞有多种的共同特点,但其特殊的结构特点表现其特殊功能。毛细淋巴管缺少壁层细胞,表现为基底膜不完整或缺失。淋巴管内皮细胞特征有内陷、胞质囊和重叠的细胞间连接。毛细淋巴管最显著的特征之一就是它的整合作用,即通过弹性纤维的丝条连接细胞外基质。


         人表皮淋巴内皮细胞(HDLEC)提取于人真皮组织,原代冻存。每管含有细胞数>5×10^5 cells/ml,此细胞通过Podoplanin , Lyve1. 和CD31免疫荧光染色验证,经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。细胞可以达到15倍增。
