人星形胶质细胞描述
星形胶质细胞是哺乳动物大脑中的主要细胞类型。它们为中枢神经系统(CNS)中的同伴神经元提供多种支持功能,如发育过程中的神经元引导,以及一生中的营养和代谢支持。星形胶质细胞也参与各种病理过程。在中风和其他损伤中,正常星形胶质细胞功能受损可严重影响神经元的存活。脑损伤后通过神经突生长、突触可塑性或神经元再生等方式的长期恢复也受星形胶质细胞表面分子表达和营养因子释放的影响。大量研究表明,星形胶质细胞是中枢神经系统中功能最多样化的细胞群之一。我们对星形胶质细胞的了解大多来自体外研究,星形胶质细胞培养是探索这种细胞类型多样性的有用工具。
来自ScienCell研究实验室的透明质酸是从人脑(大脑皮层)中分离出来的。HA在传代1时冷冻保存并冷冻运送。每个小瓶在1ml体积中含有>1 × 106个细胞。HA是用GFAP特异性抗体的免疫荧光表征的。HA对HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌呈阴性。在ScienCell Research提供的条件下,细胞可以达到10倍增。
