    人雪旺细胞描述:

           

         雪旺细胞是周围神经轴突的鞘和髓鞘神经嵴衍生物。每个雪旺细胞包裹在单个外周轴突的轴上,沿着轴突的部分形成髓鞘。雪旺细胞在周围神经的发育、功能和再生中起着重要作用。当一个轴突死亡时,它周围的雪旺细胞帮助它消化,留下一个由连续的雪旺细胞形成的空通道,然后一个新的轴突可以从切断的末端生长出来。周围神经中雪旺细胞的数量受到严格调控。多种生长因子包括PDGF、FGF、神经调节蛋白等均可刺激其体外增殖。雪旺细胞为研究许多发育问题提供了一种相对简单、定义明确、可接近的哺乳动物模型。了解雪旺细胞的生物学特性,不仅在神经病变和神经再生方面具有特殊的临床意义,而且因为雪旺细胞或其前体可能特别适合用于植入物,以促进中枢神经系统的修复。


         ScienCell研究实验室从人脊神经中分离出HSC。造血干细胞在传代一时冷冻保存并冷冻运送。每个小瓶含有>5 × 105个细胞,体积为1ml。HSC的特点是免疫荧光抗体特异性S100β。HSC对HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌呈阴性。在ScienCell研究实验室提供的条件下,保证HSC进一步扩大,细胞可以达到10倍增。
